There is the classic story of Hansel and Gretel and when you are done reading that, you can turn the book upside down and read the story from the Witch's point of view. In Hansel and Gretel's version, they are poor children who are thrown out of the house by their evil step-mother because the family is too poor to feed all of them.

I've been trying to find this book for some time now, I read it some years ago in a library so it could be a bit older. It's more so a fairy tale than actual fantasy but still. It's the well know story of Hansel and Gretel but told from the perspective of the witch, who in this story is good.
